Is there a minimum stay?
Our minimum stay is 4 nights, and we specialise in weekly, monthly and regular repeat bookings. Tell us your dates and we’ll confirm what’s available.
Can you house a whole team together?
Yes. We have everything from 1–2 bed apartments to 3–6+ bedroom houses, so a crew can stay under one roof. For bigger teams we can book several properties close together.
Is parking included?
Many of our properties have parking. Tell us how many cars or vans you have and we’ll only suggest homes that fit.
Can our company pay by invoice?
Yes. Company bookings come with a contract, deposit and invoice, so it’s simple for your accounts team.
Which areas do you cover?
We work nationwide, with homes in and around Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Swindon, Nottingham and many more. If you’re working somewhere else, ask us.
Can we extend the stay?
Usually, yes. Projects overrun, and we’re flexible on extensions. Let us know as early as you can and we’ll check availability.
How quickly will I hear back?
