This is a substantial detached home in peaceful High Salvington, Worthing, offering approximately 2,000 sq ft of spacious accommodation for up to 12 guests. It is particularly suited to corporate teams, insurance accommodation, relocations, project workers, contractors and families looking for a comfortable short-, medium- or longer-term stay.

The property has five double bedrooms with six double beds in total. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including a large en-suite bedroom with a bath and shower. Three bedrooms are upstairs, with two double beds in one of the rooms. Every bedroom has its own 50-inch or larger television and sound system, together with Sky Entertainment, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and Netflix Premium.

There are three bathroom facilities: a ground-floor en-suite with a bath and shower, an upstairs family bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate downstairs WC with basin.

Three spacious living areas allow guests to relax together while still having plenty of personal space. These comprise the main lounge, a comfortable second lounge and a garden-facing dining and entertainment room. The entertainment room includes a six-foot pool table, piano, dartboard and Xbox, with large bi-fold doors opening directly onto the landscaped private garden. The main lounge has a 75-inch television and Xbox Cloud Gaming.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, kitchenware and dining facilities, together with a Samsung AddWash washing machine. The kitchen also has a 55-inch 4K television, Netflix and a PlayStation. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are available.

Sky Full Fibre 900 broadband is provided throughout the house. A dedicated dual-screen workstation and additional bedroom desks make the property well equipped for remote working, project teams and extended business stays.

The private driveway provides parking for four vehicles. Space for up to two additional vehicles is usually available on the street directly outside, subject to availability and considerate residential parking. Guests must not obstruct neighbouring driveways or access. The property has a private entrance and exterior security cameras covering the driveway and rear entrance.

Pets are welcome by prior agreement. The property is fully furnished and is not suitable for parties or events.

Ashcombe Lodge is less than ten minutes by car from Worthing beach and provides convenient access to the A27 and A24, Brighton, Chichester, Gatwick and London.

Availability is confirmed for each enquiry. An initial stay of 28 nights or longer is preferred, although shorter stays may be considered depending on dates and requirements. Rates are agreed according to the length of stay, number of guests, servicing and booking requirements.
