A five-bedroom detached house on a quiet residential estate on the north-east edge of Bristol, set up and run for working teams rather than converted from a family let as an afterthought.

Sleeping arrangements. Five separate bedrooms, ten beds. One room has a double, two rooms have a single each, and the remaining two rooms have zip-and-link beds that split into two singles or make up as a king. A crew of ten can each have their own bed, or the same house works for couples and families without moving any furniture.

Bathrooms. A main bathroom with bath and shower, a second en-suite shower room, and a separate downstairs WC with basin. Three places to get ready in the morning, which is the difference between a six o’clock start that works and one that does not.

The rest of it. A full kitchen equipped for proper self-catering rather than just reheating — oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes and cookware. Washing machine and drying rack on site, so a two-week stay does not mean a launderette run. Fast Wi-Fi throughout, a dining table everyone can sit at, games tables, and an enclosed garden with seating. Parking on the driveway.

Location. Emersons Green sits by the M4 and M32, which makes it a straightforward run to Filton, Aztec West, Avonmouth, central Bristol and Bristol Parkway station. Supermarkets, a retail park and pubs are within a few minutes.
