Palm Place is a large two storey house located in a residential area with three bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half-bathroom (toilet and sink). The house has front garden and rear patio for the guests to enjoy.

Free parking for up to two cars is provided in the house driveway. Do not worry if parking for more than 2 cars is required, as there is plenty of additional free on-street parking on the road.

The house distribution is as below:

Living Room: Cosy living room with flat-screen smart TV and large sofa.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The kitchen has an electric hob and is fully equipped with all essential cutlery, pans, glasses, etc. Dining table with six chairs and long bar table to enjoy nice breakfasts. It also is fully integrated with dishwasher, washing machine and freezer.

Bedroom 1: Two single beds.

Bedroom 2: Small bedroom with a single bed.

Bedroom 3: Main bedroom with King bed and a single sofa bed.

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom and shower.

Bathroom 2: Toilet and sink.

Please Note: Once the reservation is made we will need you to send us a photo of your ID or Passport due to the guest registration process that we must take for security.

A self-check-in system is in place, so you will have the freedom to check-in and get comfy at any time (after your check-in time).

This is a house run by Kandaka Properties Ltd.

We have some other properties around Leeds and Leicester areas in case you were interested in other locations or have a few groups that wish to book simultaneously.
